The first leg of the IHWT Thoroughbred Club Show Series for Retired Racehorses took place on Saturday 4th June at the Tattersalls International Horse Trials. It was a great day and very much enjoyed by competitors. First Place went to Carolyn Harty with Princeton Plains, 2nd Place went to Kim Ronan with French Accordion, Third place went to Cassandra Foley with Eoghans Delight and Fourth Place went to Alison Clancy with Horseface Jack. All 11 competitors and their horses performed brilliantly on the day. Thank you to our judges Emily McMahon and Philip Myerscough and to the ring stewards and everyone at Tattersalls.

The winner of the class won a beautiful royal blue jacket from the PC Collection (PCRacewear.ie) with the Thoroughbred Club logo and 1st to 4th won TRI Equestrian Vouchers. Each competitor won a rosette and all prizes were presented by IHWT Patron Jessica Harrington.

The Show Series is very kindly supported by Godolphin and The Turf Club
