If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, the IHWT have a comprehensive Refund & Return policy.

All new customers may cancel their order or donation or order within 30 days and receive a complete refund.

Existing customers of 30 days or more, may cancel their order or donation at any time and receive a partial refund.

Cancellations and refunds may take time to process.

We shall endeavour to settle refunds within one month of the cancellation date.
